Festive Fuel from The Dalston Kitchen

Between the 1^st august and the 1^st December the company or individual who places the most orders with The Dalston Kitchen will receive a complimentary Christmas dinner served at The Roost during December for 30 folk.

• Roasted & bronzed Norfolk turkey with prune & chestnut stuffing
• Roast turned potatoes
• Pigs in blankets
• Honey roast parsnips
• Salmon en croute with tarragon butter & wilted spinach
• Festive giant couscous
• Baby beetroot salad with spiced walnuts & goats cheese
• Brussels sprouts with toasted almonds
• Glazed red cabbage with fresh herbs
• Lemon posset with shortbread biscuit
• Mini mince pies brandy butter
• Traditional Christmas pudding drizzled with orange brandy sauce

Competition Terms:

Date to be agreed with roost and dk staff, ‘most orders’ equate to largest order total in terms of money spent during the period 1-8-11 to 1-12 -11 inclusive, Dinner or Lunch as preferred by the winning client subject to availability of the Roost. If for any reason the offer cannot be taken up in the month of December the offer will carry forward into the new year and can be claimed at any time in the first six months of 2012.
