Terms and conditions

Account holders have fourteen days in which to pay. Please call for account details.

All other orders must pay by chq on delivery or in advance by BACS, PayPal or online transfer.

Orders must be confirmed by 4pm the day before delivery. However we do try to ensure that there are enough supplies for late orders but the menu would be at our discretion.

All invoices emailed to appropriate contact as required.

For very large orders or events a non refundable deposit may be required. Please call us to discuss.

As with any busy kitchen our food may contain nuts or have come into contact with dairy, wheat or nuts. Please let us know of any allergies and we will ensure that we will prepare a suitable menu.
